This was my first time booking. I was planning to use it in two countries (Africa and the Middle East), and when I checked, I was told it would work. Upon arrival, I couldn't connect, so I contacted the customer service, who responded very courteously. The speed and signal were stable, and I was able to use it for 15 days. I have previously purchased this type of eSIM before, the setup process is straightforward, after the phone connects you need to enable roaming on this eSIM. You will see the IP address is from Hong Kong. There's a bit of latency but everything else works normal.
