Thomas, our driver and tour leader, was very responsible. Two days in advance, he emailed us to be in the hotel lobby at 7:00 AM and even asked if we needed to bring our own lunchboxes. On the day of departure, the van arrived five minutes early. A minivan, fully loaded with our eight tourists, arrived smoothly at our destination. Thomas handed us over to the English-speaking guide at Auschwitz concentration camp and told us to go to the restrooms first, as they were less crowded. Then we followed the tour guide inside. We had 15 minutes for lunch on the van before continuing our visit to the second camp. For history buffs, this was a deeply insightful visit. The return trip was also very smooth; we were taken directly back to the hotel.Trip.com Picks
