We had a wonderful time. We visited several places, all of which were unique and beautiful. Our guides, Julia and Alex, were fantastic. They were knowledgeable, provided a safe & fun experience, and we never felt rushed to move on to the next thing. The trip included a variety of activities - hiking, walking through the medieval towns, learning a lot about the area's history & culture, eating local food, opportunities to shop (if desired), and relaxing by a beautiful lake. The trip does involve a lot of walking & it's not all on flat ground so that's something to keep in mind when considering if it's right for you.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Miguel, who impressed us with his huge wealth of knowledge and love of his city! He is (in his own words) both a history and Game of Thrones nerd, and it really shows as he easily answered every question that was fired at him, no matter the subject. I would highly recommend this tour for Game of Thrones fans and non-fans alike. We got hundreds of photos, I wish I could post them all 😬

It was a really fun, varied, and interesting tour. The lake is beautiful, the forest magical, and the town was beautiful, old, and rich in history. The guide was very friendly, very informative, and had funny and entertaining stories. She also had good tips for restaurants and things to do in the area. All in all, highly recommended.

Exceptional tour courteously hosted by Kim. His English was excellent, and his insights into Girona's history -- past and present made the time pass quickly. We carried on from Girona to the Dali Museum in Figueres. Kim's depth of knowledge about Dali and many of his paintings made the museum visit all the more fascinating. We loved Girona and the surrounding area. Kim made us love it even more so!


