It was a fulfilling trip that made my unplanned solo trip to Fukuoka shine. Even though I was traveling alone, I enjoyed being able to travel without feeling lonely thanks to Guide Yun-chan, who was like a friend! You shared great information whenever you had the chance, and above all, you were so kind that you will remain in my memory. I recommend this to anyone who wants to efficiently visit various tourist attractions in a single day. Guide Yoon-jjang led the tour, and in addition to providing overall explanations, she meticulously looked after the group, offering extra details, shopping tips, and making sure we were comfortable. It was my first time on a solo bus tour, and thanks to her, I really enjoyed it.★

Although my travel itinerary changed on the day of departure from the bus, Trip.com Customer Service responded promptly, and I received a partial refund covering the round-trip transportation costs. I booked accommodation in Beppu with an itinerary ending there, but it turns out the actual itinerary might end in Yufuin. The languages spoken are Chinese and English; while there are many Chinese tourists, Korean explanations are well-provided at every attraction, and the explanations are given in English that is easily understandable for anyone who has received basic education. Since the cost is only about the transportation fee to Beppu, I think it is cost-effective for those traveling from Fukuoka to Beppu to use a tour with a drop-off in Beppu. The safari was much bigger than I expected, which was great. Since the tour bus goes directly into the safari, you might see more or fewer animals depending on whether you sit on the left or right side of the bus, but because the safari follows a winding road downhill, I didn't miss any. The rest of the tour is a "sample tour," but that is sufficient time!★

I took the tour with my elementary school-aged child. Thanks to the kind guidance of our Chinese guide, Wendy, we completed the tour smoothly from start to finish. Although her Korean was a bit broken, she made a great effort to communicate with us. The zoo exceeded my expectations, and we were able to travel to Yufuin comfortably. I would love to use this service again with my mom~~^^★

It would have been even better if it hadn't rained so we could have seen more animals! But thanks to the kind explanations from the guide sitting next to me, I learned a lot about Fukuoka haha. It makes me really want to come back with my mom on a nice day 😀
