The day went smoothly without any delays. Our guide, Cici, was amazing...very bubbly and knowledgeable. The hike was relatively challenging for me as I have arthritis but I did manage it with some help from my husband. The start of the hike is quite steep but there is a rope that you can hold on to to steady yourself. The waterfall was beautiful and the archeological site of Dion was fascinating. The final stop was a quaint, small town with many choices for lunch or coffee and souvenirs. Overall, we had a great day and went away very satisfied with our experience.

It was an excellent experience! The guide was very good and guided our inexperienced group and the children very nicely, politely and with a sense of security. I have two observations that I submit with the intention of giving you useful feedback. I think more information is needed at the beginning. e.g. a couple of words about the mechanics of the movement with the paddle. Until I discovered on my own how to use both hands, I dislocated one of my shoulders. I had a serious issue in the following days. Despite our competent guide. I think the instructions need to be reframed in relation to the children. For more safety. Otherwise, it was a very nice experience.
