It was truly the best tour! Thanks to the local operator and our two tour guides! ^_^ We missed the bus at the beginning of the tour, but the local operator quickly contacted the tour guide and arranged for a new car. We were able to meet up with our original bus along the way and get to all the places we were supposed to go. The tour guide didn't mind us being late and entertained us with his fluent English. His English was easy for Japanese people to understand. Thanks to him, we were able to create some amazing memories! There weren't too many people, so we were able to enjoy ourselves at our own pace. I even made some friends along the way. I highly recommend this tour to Japanese people! The food was neither good nor bad. It was a buffet, so you can choose what you like. Vegetarian options were also available.

It is very convenient & comfortable. Pick up hotel from Halong Bay & drop off at Hanoi hotel. It takes abt 3+hours including 20 mins toilet stop.

At first, I noticed that the bag with my passport was gone on this tour, and I thought about canceling it on the bus, but I showed the guide a smartphone note written in English and contacted the hotel. It was. The hotel replied that I forgot my bag at the reception. As a result of the sincere response from the guide, I was relieved that I didn't have to cancel. The schedule was changed due to the convenience of Baidin Temple, but I also pushed the schedule after this tour, so I personally was good. The Chang An boat tour took two hours in the hot weather, and the woman who boarded the same boat seemed to dislike the heat, but I really enjoyed it. The experience of taking time to go through such a real nature by rowing boat was a valuable experience because it was impossible at any tourist destination in Japan. When I saw the Mua Cave in the photo, I wanted to go to the top first, but I was able to conquer the top of the mountain ２ on the day. It was a considerable exercise, but it was a very meaningful experience.

The tour guide Mr Ben is very humorous. Keeping us laughjng. The driver Mr Lucky drive safely the whole journey. My trip is not including ticket for Trang An boat ride & Mua Cave.

If you plan to move from Hanoi to Halong, use this limo! Harry Nguyen, the person concerned, is a kind person who took care of us even if we bothered about the arrival problem several times. Thanks to you, I found the lost sunglasses and it was a more wonderful trip. It was a really lacking cruise in any word. I recommend it.
