Glad we got this express pass because even with the pass, we queued for 40 mins. The normal queue was really really long since we arrived in the afternoon together with a few other flights of passengers. Although the process to get to the express queue was a little hectic, there was a “guide” and you have to identify your name right as you enter the immigration area.★

When you book, you're given a number. It's easy to contact via messages. Customer support was helpful. They quickly sent me my flight information. They confirmed and sent photos of the meeting point. They held a sign with my name on it, I showed my passport, and they sent me to the fast lane window. The line was less than 10 people, and it took less than 15 minutes. Fast and efficient. I'll book again and recommend it to my friends. I'll try the diplomat lane next time; it's a bit more expensive, but there are several windows, and there were no people or lines at all. Great.★

I was surprised by the long lines upon arrival at the airport,
but this service made it really easy.
Not having to wait in line saved me a lot of time,
and it was especially nice not having to wait in the hot weather.
Immigration was quick,
and the guidance provided throughout the airport made things a lot easier.
I think this will be really useful for families and those with tight schedules.
I'll definitely use it the next time I visit Vietnam.
