I found out about this service while planning to take the Phuong Trang bus, so I decided to give it a try. The result? The limousine is the best. I had taken the bus before, but it had a local feel to it, so I was worried about making a mistake. However, with this service, the staff checks everything individually at the pickup location, making the experience very convenient. Best of all, the price difference isn't significant. Plus, it's faster than the bus.★

I also used the Nhat Duong-Binh Minh bus for my return to Ho Chi Minh City after my trip to Nha Trang. I booked the 8 AM bus, but received an email notification via Trip.com three days prior to departure informing me of a change in the departure time. Please keep in mind that schedules can change and plan your itinerary with plenty of leeway. I also recommend checking your email frequently. The bus was clean and the service was quite good. It was actually quite enjoyable to stop at a rest area along the way for a quick meal and coffee. The journey was so comfortable that the seven hours weren't boring at all.★

Our first experience on a sleeper bus. My husband and I loved it. We took the top two berths. The space between them was uncomfortable. I put a sweater under myself. We then realized the air conditioning was too strong. I asked the driver for an extra blanket for the return trip. A sweater would definitely come in handy. The cabins have curtains, making for a private sleeping area. The driver drove carefully. We slept the entire way. There was a screen and Wi-Fi. There was a restroom on the bus.★

The service was great. The only problem is tourists from China who disrespectfully were listening to videos and talked on the phone loudly. You should be prepared to meet someone like this and ask for a seat at the back.★
