It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

Everything was great, from the moment we paid until we got to the hotel. After payment, the operator contacted us and explained everything. As soon as we arrived at the airport, they immediately wrote down the car's number. Excellent service.

We traveled from Nha Trang to Ho Chi Minh City during the day. The bus was comfortable, with pillows, a blanket, water, and snacks in the cabin. There was a charger and various stands. The restrooms were quite comfortable and not smelly. There was one stop with restrooms, a shop, and a cafe. I recommend it.

We used the transfer because we took the fast track and didn't have to wait for everyone to get on the bus. We left before everyone else and were already sitting in a cafe while everyone was being driven to their hotels. The guy was always available and was waiting for us at column #4. The car was good, and the transfer service was great.

Since it was my first time going to Nha Trang, I did a lot of research on how to get around from Cam Ranh Airport. There were reviews about taxis overcharging and talk that Grab was unreliable, so I just booked a reliable option in advance. I’ve never been so happy to see a sign with my name on it at an unfamiliar airport. I think it’s always a good idea to arrange transportation in advance, especially when traveling to a new place for the first time.
