The captain was very cheerful and the trip was excellent. They picked us up and dropped us off right at the hotel, contacted us via WhatsApp beforehand, and fed us. When we arrived at the first island, we swam, and later inflated the water slide. The crew was responsive and offered beer, fruit, and alcohol.

We visited the springs with a group of six people, taking the program with a private bath for 4-10 people. We loved everything; it was well-organized and efficient. There were many springs with different water temperatures, and a nice pool where we thoroughly enjoyed swimming. The only thing we didn't take into account was that you have to sign up for spa treatments in the morning. They couldn't book us in at lunchtime, as they were already full. A taxi from the hotel and back is 90,000 rubles, and seats 7. I highly recommend it.

We arrived at 1 a.m. We didn't have to pay for the service. There were people there, but I think we would have gotten through within an hour. As it was, we got through in 15 minutes.

Lunch at the adventure park consists of fried chicken rice and watermelon. The receptionists and instructors speak English, and one of the zipline instructors also speaks Russian. Instructors will take photos and videos of ATV and zipline participants and encourage them to pose in different ways, all at no extra cost. The biggest advantage of booking activities through Trip.com is that you can register the night before, allowing you to check weather forecasts to avoid rain or storms, ensuring a more enjoyable experience for outdoor activities like ziplining and ATV rides.

Minor issues - I needed a photo of my passport when I bought this tour, no one warned me. When I met the guide, they said sit down on the pier at 8:15. I had to write where you are. They didn't think to notify me. The entire program is not designed for people who get seasick, and sitting next to two vomiting people is uncomfortable. The best part is that there was a birthday girl on board that day! There was no fishing as such. There are simply no fish. They should at least be fed for the tourists. The cook on the yacht is excellent. My advice is to go with them instead.


