Since our flight arrived at Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport on a midday flight, which is a busy time for arriving flights, we used the VIP immigration service. In the corridor leading to immigration, we met a staff member who was waiting with a piece of paper bearing our names, and we were immediately escorted to the VIP gate. At the gate, we didn't have to wait in line and were able to complete immigration procedures very quickly. Everything was fine up to this point, but at the baggage claim carousel, our suitcases took forever to appear, and we ended up waiting for nearly 50 minutes. As a result, the benefits of using the VIP immigration service were ultimately negated.

Awesome excursion. Can't compare to the ones you buy on the street. A boat with an inflatable slide, free SUPs. A delicious barbecue lunch. Decent masks, a shower, and a toilet on board.

What a fantastic boat trip! We were picked up on a transit boat, then transferred to the ship. It was just the two of us on the ship and another family of five non-Russian speakers. We were offered welcome drinks, then tea and coffee. Afterwards, we sailed to a fishing village and were shown live fish and shells. Later, we took a ride on a round boat. Then we sailed to the beach on the island. Traveling between locations was a breeze on the boat. After the beach, we returned to the ship and were given a delicious meal. On the way back, we went fishing from the boat.

The spa is beautiful; you can feel the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff is polite and friendly, a team of professionals. I really enjoyed the massage; I didn't want it to end. At the end, they brought complimentary fruit and tea.


