What an amazing tour!! From beginning to end, the tour, the tour guide and the
bus driver were amazing! The bus was air conditioned on the 96 degree day and they provided water all day long. The tour guide, and I don’t know how I didn’t get his name, was very knowledgeable, funny and answered everyone’s questions. He really ensure everyone had a good time and made sure everyone got back to the bus safely after every stop. I will be coming back with my grown children for this tour!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!★

Our walking tour was the highlight of my trip to New York City! Our tour guide Jim was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and current facts of New York City. You could tell he was very excited to share his knowledge with others! The pace was perfect, and he gave many chances to ask questions. I now have such a great appreciation for New York City by seeing and learning about things that most people don’t notice. Being able to actually go inside the historical churches and the library brought so much more meaning to the tour. Also experiencing the subway, and the ferry to Ellis Island was memorable, because we learned so many details about everything we encountered. I would highly recommend this tour to others. Simply the best!★

We took our tour with Mickey. She was able to give us a lot of information about Broadway, Off-Broadway, and Off-Off Broadway. We learned a lot of interesting facts about Broadway theatre. Since Mickey is an experienced actor, she was able to give a lot of insightful information about being an actor in New York. She also pointed out various Broadway theatres during our guided tour.
One of the participants in our group asked Mickey how much an actor in the ensemble would get in a Broadway musical. Mickey told us she did not know. I did find this response disturbing in that she does know but she did not want to answer the question. Broadway salaries are all part of the union.
The studio that we got to visit had amazing views of Times Square. It would be great if we got to see someone rehearsing. Unfortunately, we just got to see empty studios. I was interested in actually going into theatres. Unfortunately, we did not go into theatres.
Although, I am not an actor, I am an avid theatre goer. I found this tour to be fun and informative.★
