Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!

It was my first trip to Taiwan, and I'm glad I joined this tour. Thank you, Jackie Chan. You spoke Japanese, took me to many places, and made the trip incredibly enjoyable and easy. Doing things that would have been a pain if I'd done them individually, like completing entrance procedures and reserving lanterns, was all handled for me, saving me a lot of time. I recommend this tour for people who don't have much time on their itinerary.

It can be used on public transportation, including the MRT, buses, trains, etc., and can also be used at select stores such as 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, convenience stores, and other participating merchants. It was my first trip with my mother. I joined this tour because I thought it would be difficult to drag my mother, who is over 60, around with all the luggage. We went to all the places we wanted to go, and the tour content was perfect! As the only participants were Japanese, I felt at ease even though I was in a foreign country. Everything was excellent, from the water service to the recommendations for food, and we had a really fun time. Thank you to our bus guide, Aya, and our driver, Fan.

Very easy to use. Cheaper than buying from their official website. I only experienced a little problem when collecting the ticket but everything was sorted by staff at the station, they’re really kind and helpful.


