Due to a lack of people, we had to change to a different tour (Yehliu was added), but we were satisfied because we were able to see everything we wanted to see. Trip was very accommodating and I'm very happy with how they handled the change. The tour guide was able to stay on schedule with precision and get around efficiently. It was my first time, so it was fine, but next time I'd like to take a little more time to see each tourist spot. Jiufen Old Street was a place where I wanted to stay for more than two hours!★

I came to Taiwan with my wife and two young daughters, and while debating where to go, I booked the Wow Yespokji Tour. I purchased my EasyCard in Taiwan through Trip.com, and it was super convenient. The card design was also different from the standard ones you get at 7-Eleven or metro stations, which made it feel more special. Another big plus is that buying online doesn’t require a deposit, so there’s no need to worry about returning the card at the end of the trip.★

I used it from Tainan to Taoyuan. I reserved a time in advance on the official website and headed to the station. When I showed my passport and reservation number at the ticket counter, they asked if I wanted to change the time, and when I told them I was fine with leaving it as it was, they issued me a paper ticket. They spoke simple Japanese and English. The interior of the car was air-conditioned, making for a quiet and comfortable trip.★
