I booked this excursion for my wife an i's summer vacation. The booking was quick an easy. I had to call and book a pick up. They pick up from various hotels. We weren't staying in the downtown area.
The staff were all amazing, especially Captain BeBoop. Both shuttle drivers were great. The one who drove us out to the boat was informative. Very interesting to hear about the City of New Orleans. Captain BeBoop was our boat's captain today. If you book it, try getting assigned to Captain BeBoop's boat.
Captain BeBoop was phenomenal! Our tour started on time. He showed us some great places. One of my favorite parts was when he introduced us to "Grumpy." Captain BeBoop was informative both with the flora and fauna. He provided a new understanding of S.E. Louisiana. I thought he was passionate on the environment. Definitely a tour i recommend!
My wife an i really liked this trip! Definitely recommend it to anybody. Stay hydrated as it does get hot out there.
