I highly recommend! It’s more than a cooking class! It’s an experience to see a beautiful farm in the mountains and take walks among the farm plants, the vines and the animals. So much more than grapes. We danced, we ate, we drank homemade wine! 5 hours of feeling great you will love it. Pro tip, get a driver! The roads are steep and you will need a sober dedicated driver.★

The second of our fantastic tours through this provider, and just as wonderful as the first (which was the private half day tour of the island).
This was a walking tour with extensive history and sightseeing around Naxos old town and the Venetian castle. Dinner was at one of the most highly recommended and quaint restaurants on the island.
George, our tour guide, shared his extensive knowledge of the area, and provided a selection of local food that we all loved. It was a wonderful evening and one we hold fond memories of. Can’t thank our guide enough for the experiences we had.★

It was a lovely day out with a bit of history about the farm and the local farming practices used on the island, such as collecting eggs and exploring the vineyards and farming areas around the farm, learning about the olive trees, and the vineyard trees fo different fruits that we got to sample some of the grapes and pomegranate that were growing strongly. We had a traditional Naxian meal after the lovely walk through the farm, having the group we were with process the ingredients and chat and enjoy the family hospitality.
We loved the meal we had and enjoyed the time we spent there. The trip was just over 4 hours, and it flew by.
The hosts sent over the recipes for us to try at home after the day, which we plan to make soon.★

Our family had an absolutely fantastic time visiting the farm and taking a cooking class in Naxos. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt authentic, welcoming, and truly special. Walking through the gardens and seeing where the ingredients were grown was a great way to connect with local Greek culture, and the kids especially loved meeting the animals and exploring the farm. The cooking class itself was a highlight. The food was outstanding, and the recipes were both delicious and approachable—things we actually felt confident recreating at home. Everything we made was fresh, flavorful, and deeply rooted in traditional Greek cuisine. Nikolas was warm, patient, and made sure everyone, including the kids, could participate and have fun. This experience struck the perfect balance of education and enjoyment. We learned so much about Greek food, farming, and daily life, all while spending meaningful time together as a family.
