I can see why it may have a lower rating~! The bus only stopped at the first location and about half of the people couldn’t get on. We also waited 40 mins for the bus to show up. I recommend following the instructions by meeting only at the first stop listed. Also, go early to be the first in line. Other than that, the rest of the trip went well and there was plenty of time to see both of the towns. The boat ride from Positano to Amalfi was really nice. Our guide Maria was very helpful and friendly!
