The overall satisfaction with this tour is 100%. Not only was a local guide arranged throughout the trip, but three staff members were also assigned to serve our entire tour group. The staff were attentive, responsible, and managed the time well, making advance reservations for various matters. They were very helpful!★

We had an amazing trip to Mauna Kea. Chris was a fantastic guide....he explained so much about the observatories and the constellations - loved the laser pointer and the telescope viewing. The flowered jackets were awesome too. Thank you for the goodie bag - on top of all the amazing sites, it was like getting Halloween candy!★
