Everyone working was so nice and trained well. After every zip line there was someone waiting who asked where you are from, how you’re feeling, what your name is etc. They all know english and spanish and it was so fun. I am 200lbs and was able to ride every zip line including the superman ones and the tarzan swing.

We booked a guided tour. Roy was our guide and gave us a very warm welcome. He told us fascinating stories about all the plants, trees, and animals found in the Monteverde cloud forest. He also told us a lot about Costa Rica itself and its nature.
