It's very easy to use on iPhones, but for Android, people should reconsider. For example, the Xiaomi 14T also supports eSIM, but when adding a SIM, there's no signal despite very helpful support. 5 stars for this app, convenient, easy to use, and the customer service team is excellent.

In Perth City, signal all good, but when travel > 150km from city, the signal is poor and no signal near Nambung National Park n Lancelin Sand Dune.

Same as before, I've used it many times and I highly recommend it. There have been no problems with the SIM card or usage. Just activate it upon arrival at your destination; there are no interruptions. Highly recommended.

Rakuten Mobile was unusable in Thailand. It worked fine in Vietnam, my transit point. I quickly set up the eSIM using the hotel's Wi-Fi. After restarting, it worked immediately. It was back up and running in 3 minutes. Having no internet access while traveling is devastating; it completely destroys your vision. I was so relieved I could extend its lifespan for just a few hundred yen without having to go to a SIM shop.


