We didn’t actually take the cruise as my granddaughter fainted while waiting in line. I cannot say enough about how brilliant all the staff were, especially Martin. They looked after us so well, called for an ambulance and kept returning to check on us. So thoughtful, kind and brilliant even transferred our booking to another day. Amazing customer service.★
