Really.. Every moment was a perfect experience! First of all, he came to the hotel to pick up from dawn and gave me a glass of water! Really... attentive and thankful! On the way to the hot air balloon, he gave me a lot of information about Florence! Very informative ๐ Also, I was a little worried because it was my first time in a hot air balloon, but I was able to ride without fear and not be nervous! If you apply for this tour, you will have a ecstatic and happy experience!! Watching the sunrise in the hot air balloon is a very special experience! ๐ซ ๐ We were lucky to have only our family on the hot air balloon, but the family loved it so much! The hot air balloon driver is also witty and kind!! Because the time is long enough to play, there is a big temperature difference. The jacket is a good choice. The road is slightly hard. The umbrella is definitely not convenient.
