We received a very friendly welcome and, armed with aprons, were able to begin preparing the pizza dough. During the rest period, the gelato was prepared, but only for us to watch. Our "chef," Federico, was extremely personable and very funny. The pizza (we were allowed to top it with some of the ingredients ourselves) and gelato were delicious. Drinks were also available. Summary: We had a very enjoyable evening and learned a lot along the way ;)★

It was a fantastic experience. The view was spectacular and our tour guide Marco was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. THANK YOU MARCO! I highly recommend this activity if you love nature. The olive oil tasting was great. It came with a glass of wine and since we don’t drink wine they gave us fruit juice which was kind of them. The only issue we had was that there were no bikes small enough for very short people. This meant that one member of our group could not take part. It would have been great if we could have been informed of any height restrictions beforehand so that we could book accordingly.
