The entire excursion was very well organized. Everything worked perfectly, from pickup to return transport. The 2.5 hours allotted at Mount Vesuvius were perfectly sufficient. The walk from the parking lot is about 1 km (20 minutes) uphill. You also have 2.5 hours in Pompeii. This time is enough for a first impression. If you are very interested in the history, you should book a guide who provides detailed explanations, as the audio guide is rather sparse in its information. Nevertheless, it was very impressive.

Miriam was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable and personable. She directed us to the important scenic locations in both towns and was prompt to meet us after we explored. We had a great time in both Amalfi and Positano. I highly recommend this tour.

This was a really enjoyable trip. Visiting from the US and wanted a quick way to visit all three of these sites from Naples in a day, which worked out perfect! Our guide Tommy was super knowledgeable about Italian history and brought the whole experience to life, even more so than I expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking about, it was also good to pay the extra couple of € for the smaller group, it really felt like a private tour.
