I bought this eSIM a couple of months ago, and back then the signal was really unstable and customer service didn’t help much. I decided to give it another try this time — and honestly, it was better overall.
The only issue I faced was with Mobily (KSA) — the signal dropped for about an hour while driving on Abu Hadriya Road in Saudi Arabia. I think the provider should be more flexible in Saudi Arabia and allow switching to other networks like Zain or STC, because just relying on Mobily isn’t enough. It’s a regional eSIM, so having options would definitely improve the experience.
In Bahrain, the signal was very stable and reliable, but not super fast. Overall, it works fine, but travelers should know the performance depends a lot on the local network.
