Riku provided a great private tour at a perfect pace. I was able to tailor the tour to fit exactly the sites I wanted to see and do the things I wanted, both during the planning stages and during the tour itself. Riko was a good communicator and provided a perfect amount of information during the 8-hour tour. The entire tour went like clockwork. I got to see some important historical and cultural sites, explore some local shops and eat the local delicious specialties. I definitely recommend Riko as a guide.

The hotel's exterior was nice, but since it wasn't a newly built hotel, the room felt a bit old, and the bed was rather small. I'd guess it was around 90 yuan! The hotel upgraded our room to one with a view of Qiandao Lake, which was quite nice. Special praise to the room attendant; they were very attentive, providing a mouse pad for us when they saw we needed a computer, and even washing and drying the stockings we found on the floor on the balcony. These are small things, but their service awareness deserves recognition. Also, praise to the lobby bellhop who not only offered suggestions for our meal order but also proactively drove us to another exit of the hotel for easy access. Overall, it was a pleasant trip.
