It's probably a really nice tour. The weather did limit visibility. Unfortunately, it rained 80/90% of the time, and the tour wasn't canceled, as stated in the description (it was already raining on the way to the starting point). It would be helpful if, in addition to recommending sunscreen, riders also had a recommendation about rain gear. It would certainly have been more enjoyable with the right clothing. The bike was in top condition and seemed sturdy. The route is easily doable within the planned time.

Perfect organization: Zozo, the company, kept me informed before the event, and at the time of pick-up, the explanations were interesting. The choice of three vineyards is relevant: each has its own spirit, its own way of making wine, its own identity. All this is explained by the professionals in each vineyard, I absolutely recommend this visit, which is difficult to organize yourself in this quality-price ratio. The activity ended with a lunch in a local cheese dairy, a charming place with very good products.

I had the best time on this tour!! It was so lovely to leave the city and see the beautiful scenery on the way to the coast. There were plenty of stops and so many experiences to take part in.

I took the Private Wairarapa Wine Delights Tour from Wellington with Tom and it was a fantastic experience. All of the stops were amazing but Poppy's was my absolute favorite. It was great getting to chat with some of the owners to learn more about their wines. The icing on top was the fact that Tom takes photos of you during the experience. As I was traveling solo during my trip it was so nice to have some candid shots along with some additional staged ones to commemorate the experience. I will 100% be scheduling another experience with Tom if I ever get back to Wellington for another trip.

The whole trip was really wonderful. The scenery, the seals, the lighthouse climb, chocolate tasting, wine tasting, and especially our knowledgeable and friendly guide. It was truly a wonderful day.


