Paul did an incredible job as our private tour guide! He truly went above and beyond what we were expecting. He was so well educated, a true gentleman, shared incredibly interesting facts all about Marseille, Provence, art, food, culture, economics, etc. He also allowed for customization of the tour as well. We appreciated his hospitality in taking photos, helping with bags, stopping if we saw something interesting that we wanted to look at, and giving us great book recommendations too. Our driver/guide Sebastien told us interesting facts about the region and I enjoyed the small group (the maximum is eight people). We were given a map to explore Aix-en-Provence on our own. In Cassis, the view from Cape Canaille was stunning! As an added bonus, I went out for dinner after the tour with my new friends to try Provençal dishes Bouillabaisse and Aïoli. A wonderful afternoon (and evening) out!
