I booked this trip with my 74 years old mom, basically I thought it was only dessert dinner with a bit show by the campfire, anyway my lovely guid Aznãg told me we have camel ride and quad bike as well, me and my mom tried camel ride, that’s our first time try and really appreciated our guid Aznãg persuaded us, we had this experience in our life though we didn’t try quad bike. The guide Aznãg I have to say he is very friendly and kind young man, but the dessert dinner or show from that restaurant was terrible experience, the food was blank and very unorganised restaurant, we were waiting for a while got a bit bread and soups.and the food was no taste, totally disappointed. Some table had twice repeated food some tables have to wait for long time no food. Anyway my mom is vegetarian she had her tajine vegetarian was totally no taste, she didn’t eat anything except a cold bread. The show which 4 mend played instruments a bit annoyed bcoz they only cared who pay tips. Never came again.★

We just landed in Marrakech and was thrown into the craziness of the Marrakech Medina and Souk.
We had a great tour with our guide Mehdi, he patiently waited for us to meet him at the start point as well took a wrong turn.
We tried food that the locals would eat during the day. Our first stop was my wife’s favourite, had these flakey pancakes with peanut butter and sweeten milk. Then we tried Shakshuka in a little alley way behind the main square, where the workers eat. Was the best I ever had.
Then he took us to a more adventurous stall and tried Moroccan donuts. This was bread with lamb stuffed inside. Was delicious, but a bit on the exotic side. I’m Asian so the meats did not scare me much but my wife and daughters found it a bit much.
Had great kababs, smoothies, sweats and traditional teas that will clear your mind and soul.
Was a great evening and great way to be tossed into the fire which is the old Medina.
Highly recommend you book this as your first event when you arrive in Marrakech. After the tour we felt safe to walk around ourselves the following days.★

We spent an incredible day with the bubbly Najla, who welcomed us into her home to share all her Moroccan culinary secrets with us!
We couldn't have dreamed of a better way to end our trip!
We shopped with her to select ingredients, then she showed us the secrets of mint tea, and finally, we cooked Moroccan salads and tagines.
Wonderful 🥰 Thank you so much, Najla!
