Fantastic ferry experience from start to finish! The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the ferry ran exactly on schedule. The seats were very comfortable, and it has onboard coffee shop available and restaurant.★

I did the walk from furneaux to punga cove, I was worried that I was going to take longer than the average person so I didn’t really stop along the way and ended up with 2 hours spare time at the end. It was a beautiful walk, quite flat, so feel free to take it a bit slower and enjoy all the little spots throughout. All in all I had a lovely trip★

This is a mail boat ride through Marlborough Sound to Ship Cove. It is beautiful, but was cold on March 5, 2026. We had an adequate time to explore Ship Cove, the trip was great!Trip.com picks
