Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed the tour and even though we are with other tourist we didn’t feel the need to rush. The crew are very attentive specially to us with a pwd. Thanks to the team for making it enjoyable for our family.

Overall, it's a pretty convenient service. Arrive, find a window, and that's it, and they'll take you to your hotel. The only thing is, you'll have to carry your suitcases to the boat yourself, or you'll have to pay extra.

Everything was great. They escorted us from the airport to the hotel and back. It was much more convenient than running around to every ticket office at every stage of the journey to the island.
