Very good customer support. They respond quickly and work hard until the problem is resolved. The problem was on my end. I traveled with this SIM card through Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Costa Rica. It worked everywhere there was a signal. In some mountainous areas, the network dropped, even though locals had it. But it wasn't a big deal.Trip.com Picks
