The staff were very friendly on arrival and during the trip.  They were open about the possibility of not seeing manta-ray and unfortunately that day we didn't see any.However the experience was still a lovely time spent with my daughter. We saw some beautiful fish and 3/4 of the spots were great.  We would recommend them to friends and family.

I was satisfied with the tour itself. The driver who took me to the port was very nice. I also enjoyed snorkeling at Lembongan. I was a bit concerned that the driver who was showing me around town was smoking a lot.

Great experience, I got to swim with beautiful turtles . The boat needed some work though, someone cut their hand on some sharp broken edges on the side of the boat and they didn't even have a first aid kit.
