I just didn't like it. actually I LOVED IT! everything was great they were on time they were very very knowledgeable. The customer service skills were just outstanding. Dean was definitely the man he knew all his stuff about everything and was very accommodating. I would recommend this tour definitely and I will definitely do it again because everything was great. even though the weather have began to look like it was going to be a bad day. he kept saying it will get better and it really did. very optimistic person. I just don't know how much more to say about it except that it was OUTSTANDING. would if it really mattered I would give them a gazillion Stars. after the tour and they dropped me off at the airport while I was waiting for my flight, I noticed that I had lost a 24 karat gold ring. I reached out to them and they found it in the van. And they brought it to me at the airport. It had more sentimental value to me. I applaud you guys for your service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾★

Faith and our driver went out of their way to accommodate us. They demonstrated professionalism and were courteous. Going the extra mile for us was notably appreciated. The only improvement I would suggest is to inform us how many minutes are allotted for each stop to avoid potential delays. Thank you for a memorable trip.★

The meeting point was right by the Starbucks at the east-shiroku exit of Hakata Station, and we departed right on time. Some tourists overslept and didn't even wait. They were very punctual.
The bus was in excellent condition, with plenty of air conditioning. The guide was very welcoming.
Kumamoto Castle and Mount Aso were both great. Despite the heat, Kumamoto Castle was worth visiting; it's air-conditioned and offers a panoramic view from above. There were also many delicious dishes on the first floor. The horse meat fried cakes were delicious, and the limited-edition watermelon soda was very quenching.
Due to Mount Aso's active season, we couldn't get the bus to our nearest viewing location, which was a shame.
The ice cream on the mountain was delicious and worth trying. The set lunch menu was also good, though a bit pricey up there. The air was nice, and walking on the grass was much cooler than at the foot of the mountain.★

The tour guide picked us up on time and drove very steadily. The key is that he spoke Chinese very well. He also dropped us off at the entrance of each attraction. He would park the car and then come back to buy tickets to take us in. He was very considerate.
