The man in the ticket office was so helpful as I had a morning short cruise decided to go on the afternoon longer cruise. He let me go on both and I just had to pay the difference instead of full price. Very impressed with the service and kindness… highly recommend.

This was a wonderful and very relaxing way to spend half a day in Launceston. The cruise along the Tamar River is beautiful, especially passing through Cataract Gorge and then heading out toward Batman Bridge, with plenty of great photo opportunities along the way. The scenery changes nicely from dramatic gorge walls to open countryside, vineyards, and riverside homes, which keeps the trip interesting the whole time. The crew were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable, providing informative and engaging commentary about the history of the area, local wildlife, and landmarks along the river. It added a lot to the experience and helped us appreciate what we were seeing. Morning tea, lunch, and the wine and beer tastings were all well organised and enjoyable, with a good selection and generous portions. It felt well paced, with time to relax, chat, and enjoy the views without feeling rushed. Overall, this is an excellent cruise if you want a comfortable, scenic, and informative e
