Booking was easy and seamless. I was impressed that G8 provided pick-up from our hotel to the sleeper bus and drop-off at the hotel we booked. Overall, it was a pleasant journey and a great first experience travelling on a sleeper bus. The staff, Hang, was very helpful and even responded to our messages in the middle of the night.

I chose to board the Opera bus in Hanoi at 00:30. The information stated that I needed to arrive an hour early to board at the Opera. However, when I inquired about the exact time, they told me to meet at the Opera at 22:30. My schedule was very tight that day, and I needed to rush to reach the Opera by 22:30. They also told me I could meet at their office at 23:30, but the address they gave me was completely different from the actual address. I don't know why Vietnam is so inaccurate on Google Maps. On the way to Sapa, my screen didn't have a remote control, so I couldn't watch videos or listen to music. On the bus back to Hanoi from Sapa, my seat didn't have headphones, so I still couldn't watch videos or listen to music. You might think this is something that should have been noticed during the setup process. As a foreigner, with the driver not understanding Chinese or English, we couldn't do anything. You can see in the photos that I asked why there was no remote control, but I didn't get a response at all (it's been three days and still no remote). But at least I returned safely.

This was my first time participating in this type of tour! It was a great experience. Vietnam is truly beautiful. I'll definitely plan to do it again next time if I have the chance (^_^*)
