The course was set up with practice, beginner, and intermediate slopes. The staff were very helpful; every time I fell, they cheerfully helped me get up and told me that falling is normal, encouraging us to keep going. The conveyor belt staff were also very attentive, immediately stopping the conveyor belt if they saw a visitor fall to minimize injury. A very good experience.

This is my third time using Ctrip, and each experience has been excellent. I will continue to use them. All services were exactly as described, without any discrepancies. The tour leader was enthusiastic and professional, providing advance notifications via phone and text message, and was very attentive throughout the trip. She even helped me get change when we were short on cash. Thank you, Ms. Dong, for your service and assistance over the past 8 days. There were a total of 23 tourists, which matches the promise of no more than 25. We chose excellent hotels, especially the Fish Tail Lodge, which is indeed the most beautiful hotel in Pokhara. The overall itinerary was well-planned, preventing excessive fatigue. Sufficient time was allocated to each attraction, and the itinerary was adjusted appropriately based on the tourists' requests. Very satisfied, I will choose Ctrip again next time.
