The elephant experience was truly meaningful. The children also enjoyed listening to the elephant story, empathizing with the elephants, and bonding with them. We encountered a problem with the vehicle upon departure, but Trip.com quickly took care of it, so we had a smooth trip. The driver was very kind and always checked on us and explained the situation to ensure a smooth tour. While it's a bit far from downtown KL, it's a worthwhile destination to visit at least once.★

Good overall trip, only photo opportunity at Batu caves. Deerland park not worth it. It’s costs extra to get a guide and to feed the elephants.Trip.com Picks
