I really enjoyed the tour. The guide and driver were pleasant, sociable, and friendly, as were the other people on the tour. We weren't rushed anywhere, and we had plenty of time throughout. We were picked up from our hotel and given a bottle of water each. The views were beautiful everywhere, and I highly recommend it.

I was in Dalat for two days and was afraid to rent a bike, so I decided to take this one-day tour. The guide, Fat, was friendly and attentive to everyone. I enjoyed all the activities, especially the waterfalls—a real delight. It's a shame there wasn't enough time to walk around and see things; you just hop on and go. Overall, it was a good deal for the price!

From the very beginning — from the moment Alex greeted us — I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The entire trip was perfectly organised, smooth, and thoughtfully planned. Every location, every stop, and every activity felt comfortable and enjoyable. Alex is not only professional and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, attentive, and caring. He created a friendly atmosphere, answered all questions, and made sure everyone in the group felt included. Thank you for such a memorable day — it truly made my time in Da Lat special. I highly recommend this tour and especially Alex as a guide!

Before the trip, staff will inform you of the pick-up point and arrival time. The bus was nice and comfortable, the driver was polite and provided good service. The drive was smooth; I even slept the whole way! 😆

Booked this tour, but just a day before it started, we were told the itinerary will be changed due to operational reasons. Bit of a surprise, but we went ahead with it. The tour itself was pretty affordable, though it's worth noting that the low price didn’t cover lunch or many of the entrance fees. To be fair, the operator did mention what was and wasn’t included, but it might be helpful in the future if they could give a rough idea of how much extra cash to set aside for those add-ons. Big shoutout to our guide, Bao — super knowledgeable, brought us around the different places, and even doubled as our photographer/videographer! And of course, thank you to the driver for bringing us around safely!


