Liam our guide was outstanding, so knowledgeable and guided us every step of the way. This trip allowed us to see so much with the ease of not driving. I joined a tour on October 7th with our guide, Kenneth. He was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the day. At each sightseeing spot, he gave clear and informative explanations and always made sure to clearly communicate the meeting times. I went on the tour with a friend, so we didn’t have trouble taking photos, but I noticed Kenneth was very thoughtful toward solo travelers—he kindly helped them take pictures and made an effort to chat with everyone and make them feel comfortable. Although my friend and I are not fluent in English and tend to be a bit shy, Kenneth still made the experience smooth and enjoyable for us. Thanks to him, we had a perfect trip. I truly appreciate his dedication and kindness!

My wife and I went on the Banff: Gondola, Hot Springs, Bow falls & Three lakes tour on Friday, Oct. 10th. We were picked up by Daler Singh, in Calgary. Daler was very punctual (in a good way), and right away made us feel that we were about to embark on a wonderful experience. Daler looked after us and the other people in our party in a 5 star fashion. He was kind, very helpful in every aspect of the tour, always ready to take pictures for of and for us, he was very knowledgeable about the places he took us to, and had a good knowledge in general of Banff. If he was my employee... he's be a keeper. We felt very comfortable with his professional style of driving. 5 Star plus!


