Went to the mines first then onto Auschwitz we didn’t need to queue up at all. The guide was amazing and very informative. Lunch was very nice also (this is optional and cost us €10 each.
The only issue we had was our hotel being changed, u informed the tour guide many times and they said it was arranged however in the morning I had to remind them again, needless to say we were still collected and went on the tour for the day. The driver Martin was also great and super friendly.
All in all a fantastic and informative day was had.★

Didn’t think I’d enjoy this as much as I did. Super engaging, funny, and informative guide Michal made it even more enjoyable. Incredible sculptures carved out of salt. Very cool place. Recommend this trip.★

Unbelievable tour that was so heartbreaking to see. Our tour group did a fantastic job with communication. With very comfortable van and hotel pick up / drop off being a big plus. Got us to Auschwitz on time to meet with the museums tour group. Highly recommend!★

From pick up to drop off, we were well looked after. The driver was friendly on time and spoke brilliant english, he contacted us the day before to give us info on pick up times and if we required a packed lunch (at an additional cost) which was not expensive and more than enough for how long we were there. The tour itself was brilliant. The guide was great, very informative, and knowledgeable. She really brought home the story of what happened at Auschwitz and Birkenau. She was more than happy to answer any questions. The experience overall I would recommend to everyone★

Auschwitz Birkinau tour is a must whilst in Krakow. Ciprian was an amazing tour guide, everything went smoothly. It's a long day, be prepared for a lot of walking. It's incomprehensible the size and scale of these two places and the horrors that took place there. We were guided excellently by the local tour guide on site. Highly recommended tour operator and once again Ciprian was excellent, patient and very professional.
