Our guide, Jeff, was very entertaining and knowledgeable, and the day flew by 🙂‍↕️. I can see why it has such good reviews. He gave us lots of information during the travel time, which made it fun! He explained things in simple English for us, who only speak a little English, which was helpful! I was happy to see that he also spoke a little Japanese. He took lots of photos and the tour was full of hospitality! I'm very satisfied with the level of fulfillment for this price! I highly recommend this tour to anyone from Japan looking for a tour! No problems. Right after landing in Denpasar, I pressed "enable SIM" on my phone and immediately got a connection. I received messages from the transfer driver, who was already waiting for us. For 10 days in Bali and Nusa Penida, everything worked perfectly. The signal was weak in one spot—on Sanur Beach near the Hyatt—but that wasn't a problem.

This is my second purchase. The signal is strong even in Shangri-La, and I've been able to use it without any problems. I'm going to Kunming-Korea next, so if it works as well as last time, it will be perfect. It's very convenient to be able to use it in other countries without changing the settings.
