Jerneja was a wonderful guide for our truffle hunting and preparing tour. She introduced us to truffle hunter Valdi and his lab/golden retriever mix Bistra and explained the rigorous training that was required for such an endeavor as well as gave interesting background information about truffles (including useful tips on how to spot real and fresh truffles at a restaurant). Bistra found about 8 truffles during our 45 minute hunt. Best of all, we then went back to Jerneja’s house where she taught us how to prepare and cook some of the truffles we had just gathered in a delicious fuži pasta dish, accompanied with some wine, juice and small bites. Overall a really fun, tasty and informative culinary adventure!★

Was easy to find the tour as it was right at the NCL Pier! The guide was informative on our way to Piran. We had enough time in Piran to walk on our own...shop...and have lunch. Beautiful town on the water. ★

Our guide, Primos (spelling?) was outstanding! He shared facts and stories about the places we visited and modified our tour when we were too tired to do much more walking. He is rightfully very proud of his city, Lyubljana, and made us feel like we were visiting a friend showing off his hometown. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone. Wonderful day seeing Slovenia! We spent the day from a cruise ship and it was an amazing way to see the country. Gregor was our guide and he did such an incredible job personalizing it for us and making it fun, especially with four kids in our group. We loved Lake Bled and Ljubljana. Such a great day! ★

This tour was really great. The guide was fantastic and gave us lots of details about the islands we were passing. I was really impressed by the way she switched between languages and kept everyone informed.
Lunch was ok. It wouldn’t be something I’d order off a menu but the meat was fresh and juicy so it’s not a complaint.
The itinerary was perfect and I had enough time on Jerolim to explore a bit and also chill.
Would highly recommend 👍
