I used it in Prague, Vienna, London, and several locations in Croatia (Zagreb, Plitvice, Split, Dubrovnik), and I was generally able to get a good signal everywhere. I haven't used the "Customer Support" rating, so I've given it "Average," but that just means I didn't encounter any inconveniences that would require contacting support.

The internet is stable; however, the eSIM is intermittent. Sometimes the signal is lost while in use, and I have to turn the SIM off and on again to be able to use it.
