As is normal with sailing, the weather plays a key role in the success of any sailing trip. It worked out for us. Plenty of wind and sunshine. Perfect. We even got to steer ourselves. A dream for me: sailing in the Indian Ocean. Back in the lagoon, we enjoyed Stellenbosch sparkling wine and snacks. The crew was very friendly, attentive, and also funny. So, we had a perfect trip.

our Guide dad been quite knowledgable and so we learned something about the Knysna Lagoon. Finally he recommended a local Restaurant we visited afterwards. It turned out to be a really good one!

Excellent catamaran and crew. A welcome aboard drink, before a cruise through the lagoon to the heads. The sailing through the heads was spectacular and exciting. Once back in the lagoon a lovely tasty bbq and a good drinks selection (for purchase) and a cruise to the waterfront before returning to Thesen island. The captain and his crew were brilliant. Throughly enjoyable experience.
