Captain Matt and Shelby were amazing! We go to see many whales and snorkel. They were very honest that we may not be able to snorkel due to choppy water, but when we got to the crater we were good to go. I highly recommend this company★

Great tour. The sandwich and salad were delicious. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate. The tour bus takes you to the lower of the two summit parking lots. There's a restroom there. As an older German with limited English skills, I sometimes struggled to understand the Hawaiian English spoken on the bus, so I didn't catch all the information during the ride. However, the guide was very friendly and helpful and answered all our questions.★

I was picked up on time at the agreed meeting point and driven safely up the mountain. The bus driver told many interesting stories. The sunrise on Haleakala was beautiful. As the sun came out, the locals sang a welcoming chant, "e ala e," a traditional sunrise chant, which touched me deeply. We had breakfast at the Tropical Plantation restaurant, a very beautiful place, and the breakfast was delicious. All in all, a fantastic trip and a 100% recommendation. Mahalo 🌺
