As a iPhone user it is very easy and convenient to set up the SIM card it is just one click away, however when I want to check my data balances I tried to ask Customer Service, but he can’t solve it because it is a robot only so there’s no way to check data balance★

Everything works! I added an eSIM card at home, and the internet worked as soon as I landed in Dubai. Although there's internet everywhere here anyway, I bought it for Bahrain, so I hope the internet will be great there too!
