I joined this tour on my own and had a great experience. The meeting point and instructions were explained in detail, so I felt comfortable finding the group and joining on time. Even though it was very early in the morning, ****** was still available, which made getting to the meeting point easy. The early start was definitely tough, but the tour was absolutely worth it. Almaty itself has a relatively limited number of major tourist attractions, so if you want to experience more of what Kazakhstan has to offer, it’s worth going a little further afield. This tour is a great way to do that. Our guide, Max, was professional, reliable, and very kind. I felt I could trust him throughout the tour, and he was always helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers who want to explore beyond Almaty.

A perfectly organized tour of the main natural attractions. The trip takes all day, with pickup from the hotel early in the morning and return in the evening. The journey, although long, is comfortable. Our guide, Ayau, is simply wonderful, speaks excellent English, has a sense of humor, and entertained us along the way. We visited three canyons and two lakes throughout the day. If you prefer a more leisurely pace, more walking, and time spent exploring, consider splitting your visits between two days.

The eSIM was easily added to my phone using the QR code in my booking. Internet was available immediately upon arrival in the destination country. The speed was sufficient for all daily needs, and there were no restrictions on access to resources.

It was a long tour, but I'm glad I went because I got to see some amazing scenery! The guide was friendly, kind, and a great photographer. His orange panda-marked uniform made him easy to spot at the meeting point. However, the horseback riding option was 8000 KZT instead of 7000, and not all the cars had the panda mark.
