This was definitely the best decision we made! It was on the last day of our two week trip of experiencing Nepal and after trying the rich Nepalese cuisine, my partner and I wanted to learn how to cook them ourselves. Out of three menues we chose menu 1, which includes four different dishes: Chatamari, Daal Chapati, Momo (you could also chose the filling) and Carrot Pudding. The staff was incredibly friendly (in an authentic way), interested in getting to know us a bit, funny and really attentive in asking us about food/spice preferences and dietary restrictions. We received an introduction in the nepali spices in the beginning, were shown step by step how to make the doughs, the fillings, the order of cooking and frying the different types of food. At the end you have the chance to purchase the spices and some of the ingredients as well. The food tasted great, you could really tell the difference it makes to use good spices and take your time preparing. The four instructors took turns showing is while the others were helping with the preparations for the other dishes. We are so glad we took the class at the end of the trip and now know the taste of good quality Nepalese food! Some dishes like the Daal even tasted better than the ones we ate at restaurants! Would 100% recommend - 5/5 stars!!

Totally worth it! Seeing the divine beauty of the Himalayas is a one of a kind experience. We got lucky with the weather because the sky was so clear! Thanks Luxury Holidays Nepal for organising everything for us!

Shanti and her family have created an incredible and tranquil oasis that spreads peace and balancing and happy vibes only. As soon as you enter you are taken as family and given the space to breathe, to reset, to reconnect and just be. Nepal Ayurveda Home's staff is extremely knowledgeable and caring, the holistic expertise, mindset and skills of everyone way exceeded my expectations. You truly notice the difference, as every single therapist has been studying Ayurveda for years. The ambience of Nepal Ayurveda/Yoga Home just mirrors the owner's passion, every detail is made with love, the facilities are quite luxurious and clean, the vegan food according to Ayurveda is simple, freshly cooked and as healing as this temporary home itself. Great yoga classes and inspiring meditation input. I'll return to that hidden gem whenever I'm in Kathmandu. Thanks, Shanti, for providing such a special place where I couldn't help but feel genuinely connected and happy.

I had best Ayurveda massage ever in my life . It’s really best experience in my life . I have done massage from any spa center but the massage from Nepal Ayurveda home is exceptional. Like to recommend all if you have few hours time to relax, heal and rejuvenate.
