The business staff, Xiao Li, and driver Yue Yue provided excellent service. They contacted us immediately, added us on WeChat to create a group chat, confirmed the address and pick-up information, and informed us of the itinerary and precautions. The car was clean and tidy, and driver Yue Yue was a very skilled driver, driving fast and steadily. He was also very enthusiastic and attentive, introducing the attractions, taking us to the entrance, and even buying drinks for everyone in the car out of his own pocket. He was a very nice person. Although the weather wasn't great, it was still a pleasant trip.

A perfect day trip! Pick-up and drop-off were punctual. The driver, Suzuki, was handsome, talkative, and a skilled driver; he was also a good photographer. The itinerary was well-planned, but we encountered heavy fog and light rain, so we couldn't see anything on Mount Omuro. I would recommend it to friends.

It was my first time seeing a fireworks display in Japan during the summer, and I had a wonderful time. In the afternoon, we also went to Mount Omuro and the Kinosaki coast, and the scenery was fantastic! 👍🏻👍🏻 The driver/guide was very punctual and provided commentary throughout the journey.

Although everyone else on the tour was from overseas, our guide did a great job of interpreting and taking care of us, which made the experience very comfortable. Time management was also smooth.
