The program was very beautiful. We called to say we were 10 minutes late because there was a running race in the city and everything was closed. They waited for us. Excellent staff who fulfill the wishes of the guests!

A magnificent palace (justifying the exorbitant price...) and a skip-the-line ticket that works well. The audio guide is well-done and quick. No photos allowed on site and no maps available, which is a shame for a souvenir! A must-see in Istanbul.

Everything was perfect! The location is on the Asian side, not the European side, which meant more travel time than I had planned, but even so, it was totally worth it. The place is beautiful, comfortable, and the instructor is great! I don't speak English very well, but I was able to understand everything! Incredible experience.

We still had to queue even though we paid extra. The line was huge! Also very hard to find the entrance.
